DUGTONG

Jose Caditan

Pilipinong magsasaka, tunay kang dakila
Munting kabukiran mayroon ka
Palayan, maisan, high value crops at paghahayupan-isagawa,
Ayon sa Palayamanang stratehiya.

Pilipinong empleado sa trabaho, ano man ang propesyon mo,
Pagkatapos ng termino ng trabaho,
Pagsasaka ay atupagin mo
Alang-alang sa kababayan mong Pilipino
Nangangailangan ng serbisio mo.

Sa pagsasaka
Kailangan ang planong maganda,
Record keeping palaging isagawa
Sa paraang simple at tama,
Upang gamiting pagkwenta,
Kung ang pagsasakang isinagawa ay may kita.

Upang hindi mahuli sa tamang impomasyon sa pagsasaka
Munting kubo sa nayon, kailangan ay may DUGTONG
Idugtong sa MMSU Research, Extension, and Business Services Division
Pagsasaka lalago, dadami, dadami ang produksion
Mamamayang Pilipino, hindi makararanas ng gutom

Applauses, commendation and appreciation lauded him and his poem for such is an inspiration to all Filipino families.
