MMSU-ITC joins INAC’s 3rd trade fair

To increase the visibility of the University in distant communities, the Extension Directorate again joins Ilocos Norte Agricultural College (INAC) in its foundation anniversary with the theme, Partuat a Nalatak, Tatak INAC, from March 5 to 9 at the INAC Oval, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.

The celebration coincides with the Region 1 Athletic Association Meet scheduled this March 6-11 where INAC is one of the billeting schools for the RIAA competition. Expecting more than a thousand of visitors, including the athletes and coaches from the other provinces and those from the province, the exhibit cum trade fair is an opportune time to increase the awareness of the community people on the programs, services, and opportunities of professional and personal growth offered by the University.

The Information and Technology Caravan (ITC) of the Extension Directorate actively participated in the third trade fair of the school as part of its continuing promotion of the products, information, ad technologies developed and fine-tuned by the University. ITC is a strategic way of bringing developmental information to the communities especially those interested to start a business venture. Products exhibited in the booth include bamboo seedlings propagated through the one-node technology and souvenir items, rice coffee, assorted chips, dragon fruit products, and others.
