How to Avail Our Services
  1. CONDUCT OF CONTRACTED TRAININGS
    • Letter request to the University President through the Extension Directorate. In the case of the LGUs, letter request should be signed by the Local Executive. For other agencies, head of agency should make the request.
    • Training proposal by the requesting entity specifying the requirements/needs of the training.
    • Once approved, initial discussion and arrangements with the Extension Directorate on the mechanics of the training.
  2. SEED STOCK AND GOAT DISPERSAL PROJECTS
    • Letter request address to the University President through the Extension Directorate, endorsed by the Municipal/City Agriculturist and the LGU Executive, specifying among others: complete name and address of requesting party and contact number if available. For the Seed Stock Dispersal Project, requesting party should specify area (ha) and location of farm applied for.
    • Background investigation and ocular survey by the Extension Directorate.
    • Attendance to the pre-dispersal training.
    • Duly accomplished MOA/contract
    • Payment of Crop/Animal Insurance
  3. PUTTING-UP OF MOBILE TECHNO-EXHIBIT / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CARAVAN (ITC)
    • Letter request or resolution address to the University President. In the case of the LGUs, letter request should be signed by the Local Executive. For others, head of agency should make the request. In case of resolution, the concerned Sangguniang (Council) should prepare the resolution and make the endorsement.
    • Guidelines/Policies for exhibitors of the hosting/requesting agency on the establishment of the ITC/exhibit.
  4. PALAY INBRED SEEDS/FRUIT AND BAMBOO SEEDLINGS
    • The seed variety preference of the buyer.
    • Issuance of a procurement receipt and official receipt upon payment:

      Palay Inbred Seeds
      Registered seed - PhP 1,700.00 @ 40 kg seeds
      Certified seed - PhP 1,300.00 @ 40 kg seeds

      Fruit Tree Seedlings
      Prices for fruit tree seedlings range from PhP 20.00 to 100.00 per seedling depending on the type/kind and stage of growth of seedlings.

      Bamboo Seedlings
      Prices for bamboo seedlings range from PhP 45.00 to 100 per seedling depending on the species and stage of growth of the bamboo seedlings.

    • Withdraw seed/seedlings from Project in charge.
  5. CONSULTANCY AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
    • Letter request to the University President through the Extension Directorate. In the case of the LGUs, letter request should be signed by the Local Executive. For other agencies, head of agency should make the request.
    • Duly accomplished form on the request for expert at the Extension Directorate with the approval of the College Dean or Head of the Unit where the expert is based.
