As part of its continuing commitment to bring MMSU information and technologies closer to the people of Ilocos Norte, MMSU will be in Burgos, Ilocos Norte on February 26-28, 2023 in its its 10th Pul-oy Festival.  

The Information and Technology Caravan (ITC) is a mobile and strategic program and approach of bringing MMSU and developmental information and technology to all the towns and people in the province of Ilocos Norte and other places through the complementary use of all available resources of the university, and the partner local government units and the people in the communities.

The ITC is a complementary or alternative to existing especially the stationary models of technology transfer and dissemination.  It was designed to supplement and complement other extension and communication strategies used by MMSU in disseminating information and technologies.  The ITC is brought to towns and barangays during festivals and other public occasions.
