MMSU Extension Directorate conducts proposal review

As part of its continuing drive to implement quality extension programs and projects to benefit various communities in the province, the MMSU-Extension Directorate conducts a two-day presentation of the 2024 extension programs, projects, and activities.  The presentation is attended by 30 composed of extension coordinators including faculty members from the different colleges and units involved in the implementation of extension projects. The presentation starts today, until tomorrow, March 12-13, 2024 at the ILAARRDEC-One-Stop Information Shop, City of Batac.

As a strategy to help the proponents improve their extension program proposals before implementation, panel of evaluators were invited.  They are: Dr. Marivic M. Alimbuyugyen, former dean, College of Arts and Sciences, MMSU. Dr. Alimbuyuguen also served as extension director for a number of years.  Dr. Marlowe U. Aquino, planning director; Dr. Sherlyn B. Nicolas, chief, monitoring and evaluation.  Dr. Marilou P. Lucas, extension directorate director also serves as one of the panel of evaluators.

It is hoped that with the suggestions and recommendations from the group of evaluators, the program proponents will be able to come up with extension programs and projects responsive to the need of the community members.
