Rice Field Visit this coming November 26

Written by Administrator on 25 November 2020

We are proud and delighted to share with you our rice fields here in MMSU!

We all invite you to the Rice Field Visit this coming Thursday, November 26, in the MMSU Demonstration Projects. We will be sharing with you the different rice projects of the University to include our MMSU CARES Farm, the Rice Paddy Art, and the Seed Production Project.

What to look forward to? Apart from the early rice field visit, we will be showcasing the different technologies used in the rice farms through testimonials on the observed advantages of using these technologies. Join us and be encouraged to be organic and environment-friendly farmers!

Nearby and committed farmers who would like to join us are all welcome to be with us in the field! For those who wish to come but could not, you may join our virtual tour via FB Live on our official social media account, Mmsu Extension Directorate.

Please bring with you your facemask, face shields with your farming attire while we tour around the demonstration sites. A Forum will also be conducted after the tour at the MMSU Function Hall to engage everyone more into agriculture and into trying the different technologies promoted.

This will be a fun-filled and knowledge-packed day for all of us!

See you on field!
