Following the training on Indigenous and Locally Available Feed Resources (ILAFR)—aimed at reducing production costs and promoting sustainable feed sources for local swine growers—the Extension Directorate conducted a needs assessment in Barangay San Marcelino, Dingras, Ilocos Norte on September 25, 2026.
The post-training assessment aimed to identify the community’s additional needs. The activity was facilitated by Extension Directorate staff Ms. Abegel Joson and Ms. Mercy Gano, along with Dr. Sean R. Vidad, who served as the training speaker.
